Building a product or service requires a process of creative brainstorming and exploration, as well as a deep understanding of your business model. In this module, we’ll review the product lifecycle and coach you on the various ways to bring a product to market—at the right time, with the right understanding of your competitors. In the same way we identified our “first customer,” we must now work toward the first iteration of a product or service that will attract enough early-adopter customers to validate the idea, most commonly known as a Minimum Viable Product.
